1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoupleOS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CoupleOS is a relationship companion app that allows couples to manage shared tasks, capture memories, track special dates, and communicate. The App is available on iOS devices.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use CoupleOS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including photos, text, and other materials. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

CoupleOS offers both free and premium features. Premium features require an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoupleOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
